By using Tsumi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. We've tried to keep these straightforward.
Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Tsumi
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- One account per person. Don't create alt accounts to manipulate votes or evade bans
- You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Your Content
When you post reviews, discussions, or replies on Tsumi:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant Tsumi a license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the platform
- You're responsible for the content you post. It must be your own work and not violate anyone else's rights
- You can delete your content at any time
By creating an account, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
Rules of Conduct
Using Tsumi means agreeing to our Community Guidelines. In short, you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Post spam, misleading content, or fake reviews
- Manipulate votes with alt accounts or coordinated campaigns
- Share illegal content or content that violates others' intellectual property
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Impersonate other users or public figures
Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate rules
- Limit features for accounts engaged in abusive behavior
We try to be fair and transparent in moderation decisions. If you believe an action was taken in error, you can reach out through our Help page.
Intellectual Property
Game titles, logos, artwork, and screenshots referenced on Tsumi belong to their respective publishers and developers. Tsumi displays this content for informational and review purposes under fair use. The Tsumi name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.
Availability & Changes
- Tsumi is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may update features, change functionality, or modify these terms at any time
- Significant changes to these terms will be communicated through the platform
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms
Limitation of Liability
Tsumi is a platform for sharing opinions about games. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated reviews or content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Account Termination & Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your profile data (name, bio, avatar, email) will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period
- Your reviews and discussions will be anonymized. The author will be replaced with “Deleted User” to preserve discussion threads
- If you prefer full deletion of all content (including reviews), you can request this by emailing privacy@tsumi.gg
- All session tokens and authentication data will be invalidated immediately
